Promo Codes & Automatic Discounts

• Promo codes must be applied at checkout.
• Promo codes are not valid on prior purchases, and we’re unable to apply discount codes after an order has been placed.
• Automatic promotions, including sitewide sales, cannot be combined with additional codes unless explicitly stated.
• Sweaters and knitwear, jewelry, gift cards, and other select items specified on the product page are always excluded from promo codes.

Sale Item Return Eligibility

• Items discounted less than 40% are eligible for return for a refund to the original form of payment, minus the applicable handling fee, or for store credit within 21 days of the shipment date.
• Items discounted 40% or more, or marked “Final Sale,” are not eligible for return, exchange, or store credit.
• All sample sale purchases are final sale and are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or store credit.
• All returned items must meet the condition requirements outlined in our Returns Policy.

We do not offer price adjustments or price matching for:

• Sale events or promotional pricing
• Markdowns
• Discount codes

Once an order has been placed, its pricing cannot be modified.
